When will my order be shipped?
If you place your order before 3pm EST, your order will be shipped that same day.

I’m ordering from the United States, what are my shipping options?
If you’d like your DVD shipped within the United States, you can choose USPS Priority Mail, UPS next-day, UPS 2-day, and UPS Ground.

I’m ordering from Canada, what are my shipping options?
If you’d like your DVD shipped to Canada, you must chose either the “UPS Canada” or the “Priority (7-10 day) Canada” shipping option.

Please be advised that UPS charges approximately $40 in customs fees when delivering a package to Canada.

I’m ordering from another international location, what are my shipping options?
If you are ordering from another international country, you must chose UPS Worldwide Saver.

What is the handling fee?
The handling fee for American orders is $7.00 and $9.00 for Canadian orders.

What is Point Made’s refund policy?
DVDs purchased from pointmadeonlinestore.com may be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment. These items must be unopened and still in their plastic wrap.

What region DVD player is the DVD made for?
This DVD is made for Region 1 DVD Players, in use in the United States, Canada, U.S. territories, and Bermuda. If you are not from one of these countries, please verify that your DVD player can play Region 1 DVDs. You can find out more information here:
